We may collect business contact information, property and project details, source media you provide, communications, payment status, and usage information about private preview pages such as opens, video plays, playback progress, and completion.

How we use it

We use this information to prepare and deliver private concepts and purchased media, communicate about projects, process payments through Stripe, improve our service, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.

Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, video processing, communications, analytics, and payments. Stripe processes payment information on its hosted Checkout pages; FlyThru Media does not receive full card numbers.

Private preview tracking

Private preview links are non-enumerable and may record viewing activity so we can understand whether a concept was received and watched. Do not forward a private preview unless authorized.

Retention and choices

We retain records as reasonably needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by calling (602) 669-5434.
